After Kiddush, January 31st, gathering at 1:30 in the Meeting Room
Join TBZ Member, naturalist and artist Rebecca Arnoldi to celebrate Tu BiShvat! We will:
• Talk briefly about tree dormancy and our need for rest
• Go outdoors to observe buds and use our senses to get to know different local tree species and individuals at TBZ
• Celebrate our sleepy urban forest with song, fruits and blessing for ourselves and the trees that surround us!
• Share ways to protect and grow the urban forest to benefit pollinators, wildlife and our own health, wellbeing & climate resiliency
