Hospitality & Facilities

TBZ has warm and welcoming spaces for all occasions —  weddings, b’mitzvah celebrations, committee meetings, baby namings, anniversary dinners, non-profit events and community functions. We serve as a home to many organizations and gatherings, conferences, concerts, classes and events for children and adults.

Our classroom spaces and meeting rooms can hold between 12-20 people and our Community Room can accommodate up to 200 people.  Our beautiful sanctuary seats over 350 people.

All of our spaces are accessible either on the ground floor or by elevator.  We can provide state of the art sound systems, screens for projections, and live streaming from our sanctuary.

The cost of space rental is dependent on a number of factors including the room rented, the date and time of the rental, whether it is a one-time rental or a continuing one, whether we have staff available to help with your event, and the amount of set up and clean-up required.

Please contact us for more information.  We are happy to answer your questions.

Kashrut Guidelines

TBZ has created a kosher kitchen that is sensitive to the needs of our diverse community. Our goal is to keep the system simple and to increase our awareness of being Jewish through the food that we put into our bodies.

Our kitchen is dairy. All food in our building should be within the dairy or pareve categories of halachic kashrut. Foods must either have a hechsher, or contain only ingredients that could qualify for a hechsher. This includes personal food, such as lunches or snacks, pot lucks, and events.

Caterers must be kosher. We have a list of kosher caterers whom we have worked with in the past that we would be happy to share with you.
