Kiddush Talk: Disability Wisdom as Soul Care (in person)

November 21, 2026
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Come hear about a new TBZ Jewish learning cohort slated to commence in early 2027. Disability Wisdom as Soul Care, a curriculum developed by the KIRVA Institute, centers disability experience and is grounded in the wisdom of Mussar (applied Jewish ethics) and Chassidut (applied Jewish mysticism). The 8-session program, spread over 4 months, offers spiritual nourishment, meaningful connection, embodied Jewish practice, and a safe space, for those living with disability and/or chronic physical illness. The cohort’s co-facilitators, TBZ’s own Rosalind Joffe and Rabbi Carol Glass will lead the session and answer your questions. Dates and time of the 8 Zoom program-sessions TBD with input from those interested in participating.
