A fun, kick-off event for the 28th Annual Mother’s Day Walk for Peace
Sunday, April 28th from 10:00-11:30
Join TBZ members of all ages and staff of the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute as we prepare and build excitement for the May 12th walk. Be part of the effort whether or not you plan to walk with the team.
A variety of activities for kids, teens, and adults:
-meet and learn with Peace Institute founder Clementina Chery and staff
-create TBZ’s banner we will carry on the May 12th walk
-make your own peace flags to bring home or display at TBZ
-dive into experiential learning (What are my communities? How can I make a difference?)
-schmooze and nosh! (Passover-friendly)
