In accordance with our Bylaws, there will be a Preliminary Meeting in advance of the December 10th Community meeting. The purpose of the Preliminary Meeting is to allow for nominations to the TBZ Board “from the floor,” subject to the requirements set forth in the Bylaws. Your attendance is necessary only if you anticipate being nominated at this Preliminary Meeting, or wish to vote for such a nominee.
