Never had a b’mitzvah* ceremony? Had one, but it didn’t mean anything at the time? Maybe it did, but now it can mean something different? Whatever your reason, if you’re interested in affirming yourself as a Jewish adult, TBZ will be offering an adult b’mitzvah class starting in January of 2027 with a b’mitzvah date of February 19, 2028! That’s a full year of learning and growing toward this important milestone with a cohort of other learners.
*At TBZ, we use the term b’mitzvah when we refer to the collective or when gender is not specified. B’mitzvah is a gender-neutral word which means “of the commandment” and allows us to refer to all of our students, regardless of gender.
