Tikkun Olam at TBZ is eager to introduce the
Partakers organization to the TBZ community during this virtual Hol-HaMoed Passover evening, and reflect on the emancipation theme of the holiday. We will hear from Arthur Bembury, Founder and Director of Partakers, who will speak about the College Behind Bars and Partakers Empowerment Program initiatives. These programs offer opportunities to get involved in criminal justice in a personal way, becoming mentors to imprisoned and returning citizens. Mentorship can be a wonderful and fulfilling experience to share Chesed with these vulnerable populations. Current mentors will share their experiences, answer your questions, and present ways you can become involved. Bring your curiosity – no commitment is required!
