Come to a Special Community Meeting on April 18 at 7:30-9:00 pm
We invite all members to join us for a Community Meeting to learn more about an exciting initiative of our Housing Justice Team: a proposal to build mixed-income, affordable housing on the “rear yard” parcel behind TBZ which fronts on Lancaster Terrace. We will meet our partner, the Brookline Community Development Corporation, and get a full presentation from the project architect. The meeting will be hybrid, but we hope as many of you as possible come in person. There will be plenty of time for comments and questions.
This is only a proposal so far which is under consideration by the Board, which needs the community’s engagement and input to inform their decision. For more information, feel free to contact Jonathan Klein (
