Join former Israeli Consul General to New England and current J Street Israel Executive Director, Nadav Tamir, as he speaks with recent participants about their time on J Street’s congressional delegation trip and their work to ensure that US diplomacy supports justice and democracy for all in Israel. We will also have the chance to hear from New Israel Fund VP for Public Engagement, Libby Lenkinski, as she leads a conversation with the Executive Director of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, Noa Sattath, to learn about the Israelis leading the democratic pushback to this government’s radical agenda.
This will be an important time to reaffirm our community’s support for an inclusive democracy in Israel, acknowledge the current and historical challenges to that future, and explore what we in the American Jewish community can do to support that vision.
