TBZ is starting a mahjong club! In order to help beginners learn to play, we are offering a series of classes on Sunday mornings in December.
Participants will learn how to play, as well as learn about the history of the game, including its Chinese roots and Jewish-American history. In addition, students will go home with materials to review and resources for buying mahjong sets/cards/books and information about how to practice between classes.

Participants must commit to the first two classes (December 7th and 14th). December 21st is optional but recommended.
$36/person for December 7th and 14th
$54/person for December 7th, 14th, and 21st
Discounted rate: $20 for the first two classes, $30 for all three. We never want finances to get in the way of engaging in TBZ programming. Please contact the office if you need additional financial assistance in order to participate.
