Membership Committee
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee’s primary objective is to build the TBZ membership base – but its mission is so much more than that. Rather, our mission is to help TBZ be a community where its members have a sense of belonging and a feeling of ownership.
We provide a warm welcome to our community’s newest members. We reach out to our guests to encourage them to become a part of TBZ. And we partner with other committees to “reach in” to our community members to help involve them, stimulate them, and foster a sense of connection. While we organize activities such as member coffees, community dinners, and Shabbat meal invitations that foster a sense of TBZ as your home, we are also taking on the deeper thinking about how we, individually and collectively, contribute to our community’s long-term health and vibrancy. Join us with your warm hearts, creative minds and vision as we build a rich and welcoming community for all.
We meet every 4-6 weeks and welcome anyone who wants to join us at any time throughout the year. If you would like more information on how to get involved, contact one of the Chairs at membership@tbzbrookline.org.
