 e Steps common to all 12-Step Recovery Programs\, such as Alcoholics Anony
 mous\, from a Jewish perspective\, using the book Twelve Jewish Steps to 
 Recovery.\n\nWe read a chapter\, share our experience\, strength\, and hop
 e from our journeys\, and make connections to our practices of Jewish livi
 ng. Conversations can touch on struggles with Purim and alcohol\, Shabbat 
 as a sugar addict\, or the strong connections between the steps of teshuv
 a (repentance) and the 12 Steps.\n\nThis meeting welcomes all. You do no
 t have to identify as an addict or a family member of an addict. You don
 ’t even have to be Jewish! If you are interested in having conversations
  about the 12 Steps\, recovery\, and Judaism\, you have come to the right
