 the second meeting of our TBZ Housing Affordability Action Team.  We are 
 joining a rapidly growing movement in Brookline and nearby municipalities 
 (including Boston\, Newton\, Cambridge\, Somerville\, and others) for more
  housing affordability.\n\nWe’ll be hearing from our own Jonathan Klein\
 , an affordable housing expert\, who will cover:\n\n 	\nWhat does affordab
 le really mean in dollars and cents?\n 	\nWho gets to live in affordable h
 ousing?\n 	\nWhy are there so many different types of affordable housing\,
  and how do they work?\n 	\nWhat the heck is 40B\, and why does it matter?
 \n 	\nAnatomy of a brand-new affordable housing development in our neighbo
 rhood (guess which one?)\n 	\nAND -- anything else you want to ask.\n\nAnd
  finally\, we will talk about action items. This is why you’re here\, is
