  Krause-Grosman\, Senior Director of Client Services at JVS and TBZ member
  in honor of Black History Month to learn about the opportunity to bear w
 itness to Racism in America on a learning journey retreat in Alabama with 
 Zen Peacemakers International April 20-25\, 2023.  Ellen will share what
  she has learned about the practice of anti-racism through Zen Peacemakers
  retreats at Greyston Bakery in Yonkers and in Alabama. We will discuss 
 how bearing witness to the pain and suffering caused by anti-black racism 
 can deepen our human connections and support healing. Together we will exp
 lore our own next steps to learn about the past and present impact of anti
 -black racism in America.
