DESCRIPTION:Join us for a kiddush panel from former participants of the "Di
 smantling Racism from the Inside Out (DRIO) course. Through accessible dai
 ly practices\, DRIO invites us to gently uncover and heal implicit and int
 ernalized biases we carry\, both as individuals and within our communities
 \, so that we come to know ourselves deeper and can more fully support col
 lective efforts to bring about justice and systemic change. Led by Rav Tif
 eret and Ellen Krause-Grosman\, both trained by Rabbi David Jaffe through 
 the Kirva Institute\, this session will introduce the Balance of Care para
 digm and offer practical\, spiritually grounded tools. Together\, we will 
 begin to strengthen our inner capacities to show up with courage\, clarity
 \, and compassion in a world that asks more of us every day.\n\nWe hope yo
 u will be inspired to continue attend our DRIO Kickoff event on January 25
  or to participate in the course which begins on January 29.
