DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, April 16\, 7:00-8:30pm\n\nJoin us for an evening of 
 ritual remembrance as we lift up the Holocaust narratives connected to TBZ
  and others. As the generation of Holocaust survivors passes\, we must fin
 d new\, meaningful ways to commemorate the Shoah. The Hartman Institute in
  Israel developed Hitkansut\, a ceremony of remembrance. Similar to the Pa
 ssover seder\, Hitkansut is guided by a haggadah which weaves together tex
 ts\, testimonies\, discussions\, prayer\, and moments of silence to which 
 participants are invited to contribute their own voices. This event is ope
