 and the Sweetness of Hanukkah (in person)
DESCRIPTION:In this 2-hour program for our Ilanot students and older\, Beit
  Rabban learners will explore the history of chocolate and its connections
  to Jewish culture\, and make chocolate from start to finish\, or “bean-
 to-gelt\,” creating something meaningful with their own hands! Led by Al
 ex Voynow\, a former chocolate maker at Dandelion Chocolate\, Youth Progra
 ms Associate Director at Wilderness Torah\, educator at the Jewish Farm Sc
 hool\, Teva Learning Center\, and Eden Village summer camp\, and current M
 aster’s candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Alex brin
 gs a unique expertise in creating highly engaging educational programs bas
 ed in Jewish life and culinary culture!
