DESCRIPTION:Dismantling Racism from the Inside Out (DRIO)  - with Rabbi Da

 Kickoff event! Sunday\, 2/12\, 9am-4pm\, lunch provided at Noon.\nOpen to 
 everyone! This one-day event is an introduction to Dismantling Racism from
  the Inside Out\, a course and community of practice that equips participa
 nts with daily concrete Jewish spiritual tools of Mussar to confront\, sub
 vert\, and heal implicit and internalized racism within ourselves and othe
 rs\, supporting the collective organizing\, advocacy and service-work effo
 rts to dismantle racism systemically. Led by Rabbi David Jaffe and Rav Tif
 eret\, participants will be introduced to the balance of care paradigm\, a
 s well as explore practical skills to support TBZ members in helping TBZ a
 chieve the goals developed at the end of our community work with Dimension
 s.\nThis event is open to all TBZ members\, lunch will be provided. Please
  register so we have a count for lunch. The event will be over well in tim
 e to get home for the Superbowl!\nJoin us for the Kick-Off to DRIO program
 \, February 12\, 9:00-4:00pm. Lunch will be provided.\nRegister here\n\n\n
 \nFor those interested in deepening this work in an ongoing commitment we 
 will do a Smaller group in this work Every two weeks\, 8 times! Thursdays
 \, (in person\, with a possibility of hybrid but strong encouragement of i
 n-person) 6:30-8:30pm. BYOD\, feel free to come at 6pm and dine until 6:30
  and we’ll start promptly at 6:30pm (3/2\, 3/16\, 3/30\, 4/20\, 5/4\, 5
 /18\, 6/1\, 6/8). This is a strong commitment but one that we think is wor
 th to advance our work in DEI at TBZ and in our personal lives.\nRegister
