 llow and culinary historian Sara Gardner to explore vibrant Jewish flavors
  from across the Sephardic diaspora and to learn how to integrate these re
 cipes and stories into a meaningful and delectable seder experience. Toget

 the Department of Spanish &amp\; Portuguese Studies at the University of M
 innesota. Her work focuses on the culinary heritage &amp\; cultural identi
 ty of the Sephardic Jews. She previously worked as the Collaborations Mana
 ger for the Jewish Arts Collaborative &amp\; the Associate Director for Yo
 ung Adult Programs at Hebrew College in Boston\, Massachusetts. From 2016-
 2017\, Sara lived &amp\; researched medieval Sephardic culinary heritage i
