SUMMARY:POSTPONED --Colliding Dreams: The History of Zionism as Told Throug
 h the Eyes of its Inhabitants
DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED.\n\nWE WILL RESCHEDULE
  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nwith Jan Darsa (in person only)\n\nBy
 using the film Colliding Dreams (and other resources) by acclaimed filmmak
 ers Joseph Dorman and Oren Rudavsky\, this session will explore Zionism's
 history. We will listen to  scholars and regular citizens debate about Is
 rael\, Zionism and their connection to the land. Triggered by recent confl
 icts\, discussion is often guided by emotion rather than substance. This f
 ilm is not an attempt to provide answers\, but rather to explore the quest
 ions and provoke thoughtful and meaningful discussion on this fraught topi
 c. The film and other sources we will bring to the conversation will inclu
 de a wide range of Israeli and Palestinian views. A great opportunity ahea
 d of our January Israel trip!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;
