 f the Oslo Accords\, join us to hear the perspective of Nadav Tamir\, a ca
 reer diplomat\, who will speak on the state of affairs in Israel today a t
 he dangers and the opportunities that stand before the people of Israel in
  dealing with the far-right coalition government. \n\nNadav Tamir is the 
 Executive Director of JStreet Israel and Advisor for International and Gov
 ernmental Affairs at the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation.\n\nNadav b
 ecame a career diplomat in 1993\, during which time he served as Consul Ge
 neral of Israel to New England\; Senior Policy Adviser to President Shimon
  Peres\; Political Officer at the Israeli Embassy in Washington\, D.C.\, a
 nd Advisor to the Director General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Nad
 av served as a policy assistant under three foreign ministers - Shimon Per
 es\, Ehud Barak\, and David Levy.\n\nAs a Wexner Fellow in 2004\, Nadav ea
 rned his Masters in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Gover
 nment at Harvard University. He is on the steering committee of the Geneva
  Initiative and on the board of the Mitvim think tank for regional foreign
