GBIO
The Greater Boston Interfaith Organization (GBIO) is a broad-based organization which works to coalesce, train, and organize the communities of Greater Boston across all religious, racial, ethnic, class and neighborhood lines for the public good. Our primary goal is to develop local leadership and organized power to fight for social justice.
Boston’s Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) is a leader in GBIO. In connection with its GBIO work, the JCRC also works on public policy at the state level, often as the leader in interfaith coalitions, on issues such as social justice, homelessness, hunger, affordable housing, and community economic development.
